Yes. Rich has a panicky sister and we've been working our asses off trying to help them. A lot of us are terrified that they might get killed by some skinhead in prison or have black marks on their records for the rest of their lives. The media is already portraying them as delinquents.

You would do better to be helpful and do what you can to spread info about what really happened

i have been spreading the word, have been keeping up on the articles and photos that have surfaced, and have been just as worried and as everyone else. i apologize, i wasn't mocking Mark and Rich or anything (i love them, they're both awesome guys), just the ridiculousness of the bail that's been placed on them. that they have nearly the same bail as someone walking around with a loaded weapon is absurd to me.
i didn't mean to come off as an asshole. sorry :(

its sad but true: the bail code is just a guide line, like sentencing guide lines. The judge can set bail etc... at anything they want.

the moral:

this judge was an asshole.
